Return Policy

All web orders (unless otherwise marked) are eligible for our 15-day return policy. Items need to be received at the returns warehouse within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order to qualify for a return. Items received beyond 15 days from your date of shipment are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including having all original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped back without return authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Express Tech is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Find My must be turned off before returning your product. If you fail to turn off Find My, your return will be ineligible for refund. Instructions on turning of Find My are available at

Restocking Fee
Opened products may be returned within the 15-day period with a 10% restocking fee. All opened products must be in "like-new" working condition with complete packaging and “Find My” turned off/removed.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect so that we can assist and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. This includes Configure-to-Order (CTO) Macs that have a park number starting with “Z”. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

We are unable to process exchanges. The quickest way to get you the item(s) you need is to submit a return request for the items you have, and once approved, make a separate order for the different item(s).

We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All new Apple Products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you are experiencing issues with your purchase outside of your return window, you may visit any Express Tech or call 1-800-APL-CARE (275-2273) for service and support.
